​To address your animal’s behaviour, we need to understand their behavioural motivations. We do this through specialist assessments such as MHERA (Mood State, Hedonic Budget, Emotional and Reinforcement Assessment) and ESTA (Emotional Systems Therapeutic Application). These tools give us a clear picture of your animal’s emotional wellbeing and motivation, allowing us to design a behaviour plan that supports both their mental health and training needs.​

All cat behaviour consultations are offered remotely, providing support for clients nationally and internationally.

Veterinary Referral Requirement

​By law, only a veterinarian can rule out pain as a cause of behaviour problems. Due to potential overlap between health and behaviour, veterinary referral is essential. For this reason, all behaviour cases must come via veterinary referral.  Please ask your vet to complete our form and return it with your animal's history.​​​​  Download the form and send it to your veterinary surgeon for completion.
